Personal watercraft can be launched from the associations' boat slip.

Shamrock Park & Nature Center, which is very close to the house, offers many activities.  It is also the trailhead to the Venetian Waterway Park, a 10 mile paved route that runs along the Intercoastal Waterway.

Picture of a manatee.  It is very common to see dolphins in the Gulf, the Intercoastal and along the fishing pier.  Manatee's are a more rare sight.
